Step 1: Place Your Order
Add the items you want to your cart and click "Place Order" at checkout. Please enter your WhatsApp number and delivery address during checkout. Once we receive your order, you’ll get an automated email confirmation with an order number, and we’ll contact you on WhatsApp with the next steps.
Step 2: Get Total Amount
We’ll calculate the shipping charges based on your order’s weight, size, and delivery address. Then we’ll send you the final amount (product total + shipping) via WhatsApp. Note: Shipping costs may vary, and we aim to provide an accurate estimate.
Step 3: Make PaymentUse any UPI app like PhonePe, Google Pay, or Paytm to pay the total amount via our UPI link. You can also scan our provided QR Code to send the total payment amount. After completing the payment, share a screenshot of the successful transaction on WhatsApp: +91 90966 24734.
Step 4: We Ship Your Order
Once we confirm your payment, your order will be packed and shipped to your address using the most suitable courier service (India Post or a private courier). We’ll share tracking or delivery updates with you on WhatsApp. Delivery timelines vary by address (typically 3-7 business days).
We accept payments via UPI using popular apps such as PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, or any other UPI-enabled application.

Shipping charges are estimated based on the weight, size of your order, and delivery location, with the initial amount displayed at checkout. The final total, including shipping charges, will be confirmed via WhatsApp after your order is packed. However, enjoy free shipping on prepaid orders of ₹1499 or more, excluding heavy products or oversized items (*).
Once we receive your payment, we will process and ship your order. Delivery times depend on your location but usually take 3-7 business days. You will receive tracking details after your order is shipped.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make any changes.
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery as an option where available. If COD is supported in your area, no UPI payment is required before shipping; you can pay upon delivery. Otherwise, the total amount must be paid via UPI before we ship your order.

If you receive any damaged or incorrect products, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order with unboxing video as proof of the damage or missing item. We will arrange for a return or replacement according to our return policy.
